Earnings Code Mapping
Each row maps one Toast column header to a CSC Paymaster earnings code, and specifies
whether the column value should populate E Hours or E/D/T Amount. The hourly rate column (configured above) is automatically placed on the same row as hours.
Multiple rows can share the same CSC code (e.g. "Regular Hours" and "Regular Pay" both map to REG).
